I have only used 2 Estates’s agencies to manage my flats since 2014, with portico being one. I am afraid to say last 6 months or so, the service has been non existence or appalling to say the least. No one was getting back to me and I didn’t have a clue who my property manager was, due to frequent changes. I would chase up a basic repair query constantly in vain, until Recently! It’s only been a few weeks, but Sumaiya has already made an impression on me and thus far delivered on my expectations. Sumaiya’s overall service has been country miles ahead, compared to the previous managers. I was going to take all my houses away from portico.
